Hi,
When I try to install Indigo Studio For Windows, the error message pops up: "The folder path 'Indigo Studio?Web Site' contains an invalid character"
It's OK to install and run on my another PC at office, they both run Windows XP.
Anyone knows what happened?
Thanks!
Yes, there are some .bat files, and one .exe file (Indigo Studio-20130218134040.exe).
I'll send the logs later.
Thanks for help!
Regards,
Arlen
Hi Arlen,
Can you tell me if you have content under the “Updates” folder? C:\Users\<yourusername>\Documents\Indigo Studio\Updates
Also, if you can send me a zip with the Logs folder to drivero at infragistics.com it may give some clues about the problem.
Diego
Hi Diego,
I encounter another problem.
After updating to the latest version, I can't run Indigo Studio anymore.
I try to uninstall and re-install, still nothing happens, neither the older or the latest version.
And this problem happens on my laptop at home again, another PC at office works normally.
Need your help again!!
The latest version published today includes this fix so even if you have to install the product again you won't have this issue.
This is the first time we saw this problem but it’s probably caused by the installer trying to create the shortcut Indigo Studio™ Web Site in the application menu. We’ve already removed that special character from the installer to avoid this issue.
I can prepare a new installer and send it to you so you don’t have to wait for the next release. If you are ok with this please send me an email to drivero at Infragistics.com.
