Please, in MAC use cmd key instead of ctrl key. SUPR key in MAC corresponds to the delete key.

Thanks very much. Not sure where my eyes are but I get what you say now.

For some reason I had missed (glossed over) the options of changing this screen .. and then choosing existing state .. instead of from new state.

It then re-establishes the link. Improved my work flow time wise by 20%.

(p.s I changed the name of disconnected .. to see if that helped)

What I have learnt is when linking to a new state you can:

Add Interaction ->

1. Change Screen

a. To New State (This creates a screen and primary link at the same time)

b. To Existing State (This re-establishes primary link to a screen (disconnected))

or

2. Navigate to new screen

a. To screen in project (This creates a secondary link to an existing screen)

b. To URL (out of the project to the internet)

I'm assuming the interaction explorer screenshot you are showing is for Mail.screen

Before I start a longer explanation ;), can you try something first...

If editing an existing interaction, like you have in this case, go to the state which has the "YOU ARE HERE" tag and follow the instructions listed below:

1. Click Edit interaction icon and Change What Happens 
2. When user Clicks on Web Security...  Change this screen
3. To Existing State and go ahead an pick the disconnected state. Don't know why it does not say "disconnected state" for you. 

When adding a new interaction:

1. Add interaction
2. When user Clicks on Web Security...  Change this screen (as opposed to NAVIGATE)
3. To Existing State and go ahead an pick the disconnected state.
