Decimals doesn't work properly when copying

Hi!

I have a problem with my webGrid, the user can edit each cell and enter decimal values. I have used a WebNumericEdtior embedded to the grid. When the user copys a row (Ctrl+C) and paste it to an empy row the decimal values appears without a comma (ex: 3.14 becomes 314) util the cell is clicked.

I don't know where to start, ideas?
