I was trying to update from version 5.1 to 7.1 and have applied hotfix aswell updated the project for the new version. I have finished all the needed changes to make the page work. Now when I do the paging and the code behind tries to bind the grid again, its giving the object reference error. Same code was working good in 5.1 and not in 7.1. Any help in this regard is much appreciated.
Let me know any sample code that you need.

are the references in the web.config?
if so, you can make a new project, as a ultrawebgrid to the project. then, the references with the wright licences are added to the web.config. Copy the wright references to your project and it might word.
