I have a webgrid with the cell editor set to a masked edit control representing a phone number.  The grid is in ajax mode, updating the db whenever a cell is moidified.  I am getting the following error.

1. Click on cell that has phone number, cell goes into edit mode mask appears, example (800) 555-1212
2. Edit the phone number in this cell, example (800) 555-1313.  Number appears as typed with Mask.
3. Now click in the cell in  another row, say the cell representing the phone number in the row immediately below the one we just edited.  The cell we just edited comes out of edited mode but displays the newly entered calue wrongly, using example above it will display ( 80) 0  -555
4. If we look in the DB, we see what we expecteded the new phone number to be was in fact saved.  A refresh of the page will display the new number as expected (800) 555-1313.

Anyone seen this behavior before and have a solution?
