Hi,
I'm getting an error in ig_webgrid_xml.js using the webgrids, loadondemand set to xml. This seems to be occurring intermittantly, and happens in basic functionality (scrolling through grid, filtering etc).
Error occurs on line 42 in my script, on line: xmlRespObj.ResponseStatus=g.eError.Ok;
eError.Ok is null or not an object
Anyone seen this before?
Many thanks in advance
jon
We recently upgraded our ultrawebgrid from version 7.2 to version 11.1
Now when I try to scroll etc. through the grid, I am getting an intermittent error as follows:
"Webpage error detailsUser Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; Trident/4.0; GTB7.4; SLCC2; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; Media Center PC 6.0; .NET4.0C; .NET4.0E; MAFS; MS-RTC LM 8)Timestamp: Mon, 26 Nov 2012 15:07:50 UTCMessage: 'eError.Ok' is null or not an objectLine: 57Char: 3Code: 0URI: http://localhost/debtflow/40/CARDB01195/121001/Scripts/ig_WebGrid_xml.js"
I have tried all sorts but this error will not go away. I upgraded to the latest build (from 1006 to 2238) but this made no difference. It is apparent when I search that other users have had this with earlier versions of infragistics. I imagine that it must be an infragistics bug, as the web page code is not substantially changed from the 7.2 version.
It is an important bit of software, for an important client and after a few days of trying I am no closer to an answer. Do you (infragistics) actually help or just charge a lot for your (I allege bug-riddled) software?
I am getting fed up with this and we will not be using infragistics again.

I am getting this error with Infragistics 11.1 ultrawebgrid. I note that no solution has been posted. Is there any help to be had for this?
I am also facing same issue. Any solution for that?
Regards,
Micky
I am getting the same error, did you figure out how to fix this problem?

Hello,
I am not sure I remember seeing anything like that recently. Could be a permission issue, for example if you are behind firewall or have some sort of security enabled. In any case, the best way to proceed in situations like that would be to contact our developer support department directly with a subset of your project reproducing the problem and brief description/info on version, environment, etc
Our Developer Support folks can be reached at:
