Hi,
I'm using Infragistics controls in my application especially UltrawebGrid and Webcombo etc.
When i've my application in Mozilla (in IE things are fine), I've the following problems.
1) When I copy multiple data from Excel to paste in Grid (to insert data into DB), I cant paste in the ultrawebgrid (when i press "Ctrl-V") ......... (this is working fine in IE but not in Mozilla :-( )
2) I cant sort the columns in the ultrawebgrid in Mozilla (by clicking on any column header)...... (again this's working fine in IE but not in Mozilla :-( )
CAN ANYONE PLZ HELP ME With the above issues?? how can i resolve them?

Could you please tell us what version of IE, Mozilla & Infragistics ASP.NET controls are you working with?

I cant reach it and view any solution... Can u send me the full code (.aspx and .aspx.cs codes) so that i can test it in Firefox.... But as per now I'm pretty sure that
1) copy/paste option
2) sorting columnwise
are not workin in Mozilla Firefox for my application
Can u suggest a good solution for this ??(for both problems)

For FireFox copy / paste -- I am afraid we cannot do much since the problem is not in our domain -- this is just a security setting in Firefox. Is the workaround suggested in the thread above working for you?
For the second problem -- I am afraid the we cannot reproduce it at this point -- is it possible to send us a small subset of your project reproducing the issue to our Developer Support team -- we will do our best to help.

Can i get the solution As soon as possible.... As its urgent...
As far as FireFox and copy/paste is concerned, clipboard copy/paste operations are disabled by default for security reasons. There is a workaround though, please check out the post in the following forum thread:

We will also take a look at the other issue you submitted as a Developer Support ticket, because there can be many reasons for this to happen -- we will keep you posted.
