UltraWebGrid's paging doesn't work

Hi,
I'm using an UltraWebGrid, I'm creating that in code, I want to use the ultrawebgrid's paging, but when I change the page, the control shows the page selected and the first page.
I'm using PageIndexChanged ultrawebgrid event for changing the page and in this event I call my BindData Method.
What is wrong? Can I use paging when I'm creating an ultrawebgrid in code?.
