My WebCombo is not displaying the drop-down arrow. It is surrounded by a Warp panel.

I'm having the same issue. Did you ever find out what the cause is and how to correct it?
Try using Firefox and Firebug to investigate the problem.
I had the same problem and because I have a global error catch extended with missing files I found out that the path to the image has been appended to the style path.
In my case: File does not exist. - /CsiCom.Web/ig_res/Claymation/images/img/theme/clearpixel.gif
Where I specified the image to be img/theme/clearpixel.gif
