Please suggest me property of row/cell for following requirement,

 I have a grid as shown in attachment (sample grid), In this grid for 1st & 2nd row the Column 3 has text spread over three line (internally done by adding </BR> tab in cell text). hence the height is greater than remaining rows. I want the height of the 1, 2 row to be same as remaining row (so it will show some data out of actual data) but there should be something indicating that it has some extra text.

I have tried "CellStyle.TextOverflow" property but did not get success.
