Is any way so I can directly convert all ultragrid to webdatagrid

Is I need to change the code part to do that ?

The UltraWebGrid is not compatible with Google Chrome. However, the WebDataGrid is compatible with this browser. Please visit the following link to learn more about the supported environments of Infragistics Controls:
