Item has already been added. Key in Dictionary: -- One cause when Master pages are used.

Hi,

When a WebGrid is used and set up, then the Visual Studio Design is exited for the page that the control is on and then started back up again the following error shows in the WebGrid Control box on the Design form:

Item has already been added: Key in Dictionary ... etc.

  To correct the above error message I have to open up the properties of the control >  move to the Columns filed and click on Collection to get to the Columns Collection -- Then goto the foolter section and delete one footer keys then exit and the control looks okay on the designer page.  Note when you exit the Visual Studio Design that contains the WebGrid and then come back in the WebGrid will be messed up again, even after it has been corrected and saved.  Or not saved!!!!

  Note - at run time the WebGrid shows to be correct, that maybe cause of code behind?

  The deal is that the section of What you See and What you Get is messed up.

  This happens on pages that are have a MASTER page.  Noticed Infragistics controls act different, or don't work when dealing with Master pages????"
