Open new browser from UltraWebMenu

I am using XML and XSL files to populate UltraWebMenu

Third level menu looks like thie

<name>test</name>

<URL>http://www.google.com</URL>

It's open link in same window. How do I open url in new browser?

I tried to use TargetFrame="blank" in UltraWebMenu properties, but still open in same browser.

Please help.
