Child Band AddNewRow problem on Hierarchial UltraWebGrid

I have a hierarchical ultrawebgrid with AddNewRow visible for both the parent band and child band and AllowPaging ="True"

When you page away from page 1, the AddNewRow for the child bands stop working: you cannot select or edit any cells in the add new row for the child rows.

This was working in version Version=8.2.20082.2011 but stopped working after we upgraded to Version=9.1.20091.2087.

Any ideas?
