I am using MS visio to create the dxf file format and with the use of dxf2shp covetor to convert into shape file but im getting error like this can anyone help me in this im here with attaching the dxf file...

That you resolved the issue you were having with this tool? You may have to contact the vendor of that tool for more information if you haven't resolved the issue.
