RubberBlack not showing up in "preset" list

After doing a successful plain install of 2010 v1 on my Win7 workstation, utilizing the v35 controls...

I can select RubberBlack as an Active StyleSet and apply it to the WebMenu within AppStylist, but when I add the control to a plain template website, RubberBlack is not in the dropdown as an option when choosing a preset.

Any ideas?
