Display Dropdown in Ultrawebgrid

Hello,

Is there any option to show the dropdown in the Ultrawebgridcolumn.I have a column which contains a dropdown.But the dropdown comes only when user click the cell.I want to show this dropdown always.Is there any option like CellButtonDisplay.Always/CellButtonDisplay.OnMouseEnter?
