Please see the attached sample application.
Run the app, click "Load Data", then select all rows with mouse. Then click "Show Counts". The Grid.Rows.Count is not the same as the Grid.SelectionSettings.SelectedRows.Count even though all rows are selected. Also the more rows in the XamGrid, the higher the discrepancy.
I also notice when selecting all rows, that sometime it is extremely fast, and other times it is very slow?
Please advise if I am doing something wrong or if this is an actual issue.
Hello,
This issue is now resolved in the latest release of NetAdvantage, 2010 Vol. 3.
Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns.
Hi,
Thanks for the information.
This definitely was a bug. That appears to have already been fixed, and will be in the next SR.
I'll have someone from support attach you to the bug report, so that you're notified when the SR is released.
If this is a blocking issue for you, we can also look into getting you a private untested build so that you can continue your work.
Thanks,
-SteveZ
I am using version 10.2.20102.2005
I believe it is a service release. We just upgraded to it like last month I think?
It shows the discrepancy between the counts, every single time for us.
Thanks for the sample.
I tried it out and it appears to be working.
I selected the first row, held the shift key and scrolled to the end, and then selected the last row.
The counts were always equal though.
What build are you using of 10.2? Is the release or a Service Release?
