WebDataMenu Not working properly on master page.

Dear Sir,

We have using WebDataMenu  for menu control, but we faced following problem.

Menu Item are hides behind the any control which is followed by the WebDataMenu on Master page in IE8 but its working fine on Google Chrome. so please suggest us solution for it.
