Hi, not sure if it's known issue that webcombo v10.3 is not working in IE9? When you click on drop down image and try to select the item it selects (higlighted) every item in the dropdown list and doesn't allow to choose an item.
Hello Richmond,
The service release 10.3.20103.2120 supports IE 9 and Firefox 4. The latest service release is available for download (NetAdvantage 2010 Vol. 3, 2, 1). The below link from our website will give more details on this:
<https://ko.infragistics.com/community/blogs/b/taz_abdeali/posts/ie9-and-firefox-4-support>
As such, I would recommend you to download latest service release from our website and upgrade your project to the latest service release if you are not using that service release.
Update me if you have any further questions with this matter.
Thanks,
Bhadresh
Service Release 10.3.20103.2120 still does not fully upport IE9.
I submitted a forum question (and formal support request) based on this SR, IE9 and Win7 X-64 regarding null objct reference in the IG *.js script handling the mouse over event.
The reply that I got back fro Infragistics was that IE9 support was still being worked on and has not been release yet. If SR2120 is supposed to be the IE9 compatibility release, it is not all there yet.
Hello Bhadresh,
I already have SR 20103.2120 which is what was being used when the problem was reported.
I am still awaiting a new SR from Infragistics that is supposed to address all of the IE9 compatibility issues. When I reported another IE9 compatibility problem with menus, the Infragistics engineer that responded indicated that SR 20103.2120 was not the planned release to address the IE9 compatibility problem - it was still being worked on.
Do you know whan that SR will be available. As of today, 20103.2120 was still the one showing in "My IG" list.
Thanks - Norm
