How to set header and column width in outlookGroupBy mode

Hi all.

I have a grid in outlookGroupBy style. In MyGrid_Initialize_Layout I group two columns (setting property isGroupByColumn to true) and my grid comes up almost fine. Now I like to set header width and column width of the columns appears at the same position (header1 over column1 etc). All (visible) ungrouped columns width should fill up 100% of the grid.

I can not figure out how must this be done. Thanks for any suggestions.
