Get the UltraWebGrid to accept commas (,) and dots (.) for seperating decimal numbers

I'm trying to get the UltraWebGrid to accept commas (,) and dots (.) for seperating decimal numbers. I can't find any language property I have found an article in the KB but it's from 2005 so that doesn't help me very much.
 
Anyone who has any experience about this problem, or may have the solution?
