We are facing a compatibility issue of Version:8.3.20083.2115 with IE9, But it work fine with IE8.

ASP.NET controls of versions 10.1 - 10.3 are compatible with IE9 through service releases. Version 11.1 (and future versions) are compatible since the RTM. Versions before 10.1 are not compatible with IE9.
To support IE9, I would recommend upgrading your project to a newer version of NetAdvantage.

Yes, NetAdvantage for ASP.NET supports IE6 to IE9.

we adquired a few years ago the Infragistics from 6 to 8.3 clr 3.5 (this is version which we are currently using), our support time has finished. We are pretty happy to work with infragistics controls because give a very profesional and good looking way to our applications. We are not a software development Company, we only make our internal .net applications.
The problem is that (as metioned above) this controls are giving issues with IE9 specially ultrawebgrid and webcombo.
We can't upgrade to new versions because corporative politics but we need our old applications working with IE9, I know all life cycle stuff and support time line but we will appreciate a lot at least a hot fix to keep going using Infragistics instead do a lot of re-work trying to migrate to other technology different to Infragistics. I delight a lot working with infragistics I could push to try to buy a new infragistics plan to upgrade but I know it won't be soon. So for a while would be greate to patch or hotfix or even to reprogram something making a temporary compatibility.
