WARP Panel on an UltraWebTab producing runtime error.

I have a warp panel on a ultrawebtab that is returing the following error when an asp dropdownlist value has changed on the same warp panel causing an async postback:

A Runtime Error has occured. Do you which to Debug? Line: 174315785 Error: Syntax error. 

The Line number changes each time the async postback occurs. Has anyone ran into this issue before? and have any ideas on how to resolve?
