Gents/Ladies,
I am having a major problem with Pivot Grid memory leaks in Silverlight. It seems that every time a form is loaded/unloaded a lot of objects are left behind and not GC'ed.
To show the point, I checked your online/local samples on Pivot Grid, Your examples have the same type of memory leak. To re-produce please follow the following instructions
1. Goto pivot grid samples: http://samples.infragistics.com/sldv/RunSamples.aspx?cn=pivot-grid#/pivot-grid/data-slicer
2. Simply Click on different types of examples on the left panel and watch the memory grow in task manager.
3. If you repeat this 10-15 times you'll see the memory grow by upto 100mb.
Please confirm/deny the memory leaks, and if confirmed please let me know when it would be fixed.
Many thanks
Hello hasanarik,
I was just wondering did you have a chance to try Valerie's suggestion. If you still need any assistance on the matter, please do not hesitate to ask.
Hello,
There were issues with memory leaks in the Pivot Grid which were resolved in the latest service release. Please test with the latest service release and let me know if you are still having issues.
