Hi
I asked for printing to be incorporated when the Org Chart component was first released but I can't see any reference to that now!

Hello Andrew,
Currently we do not provide built-in functionality for printing of the XamOrgChart. This is why I suggest using of the approach which Peter shows in his blog :
https://ko.infragistics.com/community/blogs/b/petar_monov/posts/controls-to-images
If you have any other questions on this matter, feel free to ask.
Hi!
I tried implementing the method you suggested and for small charts this works well. On large charts, however, the scaling doesn't seem to work properly and I end up with very blurry nodes and thick lines between the nodes (I did not change the line width for the chart!). The size of the resulting image is correct though (as calculated in my code snippet).
Do you have an idea what might be wrong with my code (image and code attached) or maybe the control itself? Other UIControls seem to scale correctly.
Thanks in advance!
Markus
Hello Puffer,
I have looking into your post and the created image(in the case jpeg file) presents the control as it appears in the application. The zooming does not work properly because of the capabilities of the jpeg format. The approach, described in the Petar’s blog, is a custom approach on how to export a control to image in Silvelight application. The XamOrgChart control has not a built-in functionality for this yet.
Hello Marcin,
Thank you for your question.
Printing functionality is not available for the XamOrgChart control. You could up-vote one of the product ideas that were posted previously in this post or submit new one at http://ideas.infragistics.com
