We are currently using version 11.1 of the Infragistics tools and figured it was time to upgrade so we bought 12.1. However when I try to install the Silverlight portion the installer gives an error saying that Silverlight 5 SDK is required.
Unfortunately we are still using Silverlight 4 and upgrading is *not* an option. How can we get upgraded SL 4 versions of the controls? Does version 12.1 not support SL4?

When we ship the NetAdvantage for Silverlight 12.1 we only ship Silverlight 5 compiled assemblies, so the 12.1 didn’t support Silverlight 4. The last version that supports Silverlight 4 and also Silverlight 5 is NetAdvantage for Silverlight 2011.2.

That's unfortunate. So that means 12.1 is rather useless to us (I'm not expecting the company to upgrade to SL5 until 2014 at the earliest).
Any chance our 12.1 license kan be used to download and install version 2011.2? It's obvisouly not available in "My Keys & Downloads", but maybe that can be arranged somehow?

I am also into same issue, we have silverlight4 development in our firm but we have received Net advantage 2012.1 which need SL5.
can you please let me know how i can get version 2011.2 and my existing keys will still work?
