XamGrid GroupColumn HeaderCellControl Style

Hi,

Can any one give me the GroupColumn Header Style. Please send ASAP.

I tried to assign normal TextColumn Header style to GroupColumn Header Style, It throughs NullReferenceException. I need to change the mouse over color for GroupColumn.
