WebNumericEdit unable to paste numeric data using keyboard at Mac Safari

Hi,

we are using WebNumericEdit control and its working fine for windows IE, Chrome .

we can easily copy and paste numeric data into it (using keyboard short cut keys and mouse option as well) but we are facing an issue when we access this control from Mac Safari, paste command is not working into it (keyboard shortcut). we can paste data using mouse right click option but keyboard command is not working only at this control as compared to other controls.

Any thoughts?

    Hi adeel,

    I tested WebNumericEdit (from Infragistics35.WebUI.WebDataInput.v11.1.dll) and WebNumericEditor (from Infragistics.Web.v11.2.dll) in Safari on Mac and both of them did paste when "apple-key"+V was pressed.

    That support was implemented/fixed around on 11/14/2011. Service release was probably around December 2011.

    That is possible that your version of NetAdvantage does not have that fix. I suggest you to get latest service releases.
