Thank you for your post. I have been looking into it, but since this is not a known issue and I cannot be completely sure what can cause this behavior, so could you please send an isolated sample project, where the issue is reproduced, so I can investigate it further for you.

We have a  Hierarchal XamGrid of 10k rows and 15 columns and we have functionalities to show/hide rows and columns. The issue is whenever some column is hidden, and if I click on the Templatecolumn which has ‘Textblock as ItemTemplate’ and ‘Textbox as EditorTemplate’ it raises the following Error.

Error Message:Value cannot be infinite or NaN.
