Hello. My name is Juan and I'm from Venezuela and I have a question.
We are developing a Siverlight project and I need to disable list of databases in a xamlpivotdataselector because inside the SSAS instance there are several and I just want to use this development which will put from the code. This means that they can only select the cubes.
Thank you very much for your help.Greetings.

Thanks again.
Hello Stefan, Plamen hello, hello M.Yovchev thanks for your help.Making further review, we address the problem of connectivity via OLAP Silverligth WebPart for Sharepoint. The details will give them the appropriate topic.Regarding this, it seems that from the VB2010 debug the code does not run behind, but if it works using the. Xap WebPart in Sharepoint, so the block list database works perfectly. So one can access the database from the connection set up in the. XAML.Sincerely thank you very much and I hope to continue learning from this great suite of controls and future work in this great forum.Regards, Juan Quintero.
I have already updated your other forum thread:

Hi Plamen, thanks for your response.Use the credentials in the code as a test in one of several attempts to work. Without putting on credentials works.Although the subject of this question is how to disable the user's ability to change database in dataselector. In an earlier reply Stefan instructed me to place a code behind to do so, but the detail is that the code is never executed and the code above to see if I was missing something or do another type of project to run the code behind .Currently I have another issue where if I'm having problems with credentials, I suspect, and by coincidence is the same development. Here I put the link to see if this help at your fingertips.

I saw you have specified a network credentials against your XMLA service. What kind of authentication (Basic, Windows, Digest) you have set for msmdpump.dll service in IIS?
Thanks,Plamen.
