Web Grid Cell Click Event not working when the cell has no text

Hi All,

 I am trying to use a cell into edit on the click event for it. But the Cell 's click event is not fired at all if the cell is blank(No Text).

Please advice for the Cell to make editable when not Text present for the Cell.
