The grid does not have an auto resize feature.
The best you can try to do is to set the grid's width/height to 100% of
its container (or browser window), and even in that case some event
handling (onresize) and java scripting help might be needed (grid.resize
method) to give the grid desired size.
Then regarding the cell text, it is being cut off when there are pixel
settings for width/height of the columns/rows. So for the column width
you can try either leaving it empty or giving it a % value
(DisplayLayout.ColWidthDefault and then off every column.Width). For the
row height, it might be defaulted to a pixel value by a css class, try
overriding it by the CustomRules off the RowStyleDefault:
DisplayLayout.RowStyleDefault.CustomRules = "height:auto;".

As for AllowColSizing property values, it has only three: NotSet, Fixed,
and Free, none of which refers to auto sizing.
