In my application I have MenuTool in XamRibbon with list of reports. Customer may have many reports for example over 30.
Programmatically creating MenuTool with about 30 items is terribly slow.
How can I improve performance?

Thank you for your post. I have been looking into your issue and I created a sample application(RibbonSL_MenuTool.zip) in order to test the behavior of the XamRibbon in a simple scenario. On my side I cannot recognize any performance issue.
Could you please modify my application in order to reproduce the issue and provide you with more accurate assistance on this matter ?
