UltraWinGrid Data Disappears with Style Change

Greetings, 

I've been trying to get a column in my ultragrid to show a link, and then click to open a separate window. Unfortunately, when I added the UltraFormattedLinkLabel or when I switched the column style from DropDownList to URL and run the program, it runs fine, but none of the data displays.

Is there something I should be doing? Or something I'm doing wrong? Any tips or tricks would be greatly appreciated!

Additional Info:

Using Infragistics 14.1, Visual Studios 2013, Infragistics.Win.UltraWinGrid.UltraGrid, and attempting to use UltraFormattedLinkLabel or change Column Style to URL. It is currently set to DropDownList, and it is bound to an enumerated list.
