Hi,
We're currently using Infragistics 2011.1 . We upgraded to IE11 on our corporate network recently, and pages that use Ultrawebgrids don't render it at all. All we see is a "Table" text in place. Please tell us how to fix this , thanks!
Hello,
I'm just following up to see if you need any further assistance with this issue. If so please let me know.
Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately there is no other way to get this job done.
As you know the classic controls are designed at a time long before modern browsers (latest version of IE) appear so they have never been intended to work for or tested with them. You might get the grids rendered in some scenarios, however then another issues will occur as events not working, or any other functionality.
A possible workaround is to force IE to run in compatibility mode, but as you see this is not a consistent solution and would only be appropriate in certain occasions. It is up to you to decide if you fall under this scenario or you should take the step and upgrade.
Thanks for replying. So, there's no other way besides upgrading? We have nearly 30+ applications that use the UltraWebGrid. Is there really no other way besides upgrading to 2013.11 and using the WebDataGrid? It'd take quite an effort.
Thank you for posting in the Infragistics community !
Let me inform you that IE11 is not a supported environment for .NetAdvante product older than 2013.1 version. If you want to support IE11 you should upgrade your product to NetAdvantage 13.1(at least, latest version is 14.2) and also migrate from using UltraWebGrid to using the new Aikido WebDataGrid.
Please refer to the following resources which I believe will be quite helpful to you:

Please let me know if you have further questions on the matter.
