I would like to upgrade RFT to 8.2.0.2 for use with Visual Studio 2010. Is TestAdvantage 10.3 compatible with that version and VS 2010 .NET scripting?

TA is fully compatible with RFT 8.2.0.2 and you should be able to upgrade your script to VS 2010 with no issues.
