For example to get a row, cell, and column you would do the following:

var grid = $find("<%=WebDataGrid1.ClientID %>");
var rows = grid.get_rows();
var rowByIndex = rows.get_row(0);
var cellByKey = rowByIndex.get_cellByColumnKey("Value");
var cellValue = cellByKey.get_value();
var column = cellByKey.get_column();
