Changing Axis values

hi i've noticed that when I plot a line chart on the X Axis y shows the values im passing and on the Y Axis the number of data points being shown....is there a way to change the datapoints on the Y Axis for other values???

    I've experienced something similar, so I set the SwapRowsandColumns to True.....it worked.
