When running the website upgrade utility to go from 10.2 to 16.2 it fails.  Below is the contents of the upgrade log file.  It seems to be indicating it cannot upgrade the Webgrid Excel Download tool that I was using in version 10.2.  Any help will be greatly appreciated.
