My charts seem to be rotating and losing their depth in accordance with the number of rows I have in my dataset. Please take a look at the follow screen shots:

The first one looks good. The second one shows some rotation (the z labels are closer together). The third one shows rotation and has completely lost it's depth. How do I correct this?
As of right now there's now way the "correct this". This isn't a bug, rather it's a necessity in order to accurately represent data. When you go from the first image to the second image you are adding points, but the size of the area that the graph is drawing to remains the same. So the scale needs to be recomputed which will scrunch more points into the same space, this is taken to the extreme in your third photo.
Admittedly part of the problem is that the width of the lines themselves are a fixed amount, which is usually fine as long as you don't go overboard. If you're going to be plotting lots of data, I would suggest using the 2D Line chart because it is a clearer way to present large sets of data. If you really have to use the3D chart try to expand the size of the graph and see if that works.
