what is Infragistics ASP.NET?

I just downloaded Infragistics trial version with the hopes of using it to supplement my current ASP.NET MVC application.  My user entry form n its current state, along with the menu's look amateurish and I am hoping to step it up a notch.

Any ideas on how to get started?  Will it blend in with my existing MVC site or do they mean the old school webforms by asp.net?
