error in Cascading WebDropDown Controls

I am trying to use the Cascading WebDropDown Controls explained here:

https://ko.infragistics.com/help/aspnet/webdropdown-cascading-webdropdown-controls

At the step 5, fore Visual Basic, the terms  DirectCast(e.value, String)  are not accepted, because 

"value is not a member of DropDownSelectionChangedEventArgs"

Do I have to import something? what am I missing?
