Hello Mosam,
May be you are not login with your infragistics account made you not able to replay to our other post.
Looks like your attachment dint come through . May be due to the sample size, you can delete the bin folder an attach the sample again to follow these steps.

Hi Divya,
Logged in with same account as previous but on that chain - reply is not visible..anyways - i have attached .rar file as size of the solution is big in previous conversation. I have not included bin and debug folders within. Attaching it again.
Pls let me know if it can not be fetched or any other alternates where i can send you the sample solution.
Thanks,
Mosam
I have tried to run your sample, however, there were missing dependencies(see Screenshot 1). I have found and installed the AjaxControlToolkit NuGet package and removed the other missing ones which were not available in the NuGet package manager.
After running the sample, a runtime exception is thrown(see Screenshot 2).
In order to be able to investigate your issue further, I would need a small runnable isolated sample, reproducing the behavior you are experiencing. Please remove any external dependencies and code that is not directly related to these issues and attach the zipped sample in this case.
Having a working sample on my side, which I can debug, will help me investigate this further and find the root cause of this behavior.
If the zipped sample is too large and does not meet our forums file size requirement, you can send it to our support email - support@infragistics.com
You can also upload the sample on cloud storage like Google Drive, Dropbox, or any other, and share the link with me.
I am looking forward to hearing from you.
