Hello Assaduz,
I have created a small sample trying to replicate the issue you described regarding the inability to select list items under the WebExplorerBar in an ASP.NET WebForms application. I am using UltimateUI for ASP.NET version 23.1.20231.10.
In my tests, everything functions as expected, and I can select list items without any issues.
To assist you more effectively, could you please provide additional information about the specific functionality or workflow you are trying to implement with this setup? Understanding your objectives will help me tailor my troubleshooting efforts more accurately.
I've attached a sample project for your reference. Please test it on your side and let me know how it behaves. If my sample does not accurately represent the issue you're facing, feel free to modify it and send it back to me along with detailed steps to reproduce the problem. Alternatively, if the issue persists on your side, it would be extremely helpful if you could provide a simplified version of your project. Please remove any external dependencies and unrelated code, zip the application, and attach it to your response.
Having a working sample that replicates the issue, along with a clearer understanding of your goals, will be invaluable in helping us identify and resolve the problem efficiently.
Thank you for your cooperation.
Best regards,
Arkan Ahmedov,

Dear Arkan Ahmedov,
Thank you for your prompt response and for providing the sample project. I appreciate your efforts to assist with resolving the issue we encountered.
Upon reviewing the sample project you provided and utilizing our version of Infragistics2.Web.v12.1, Version=12.1.20121.2236, I regret to inform you that the issue persists. Despite modifying the version in the sample project to match ours, the functionality remains unchanged, indicating that the issue persists even with our version.
Given this circumstance, could you please conduct further testing using our version of the Infragistics library? Testing with the version we are currently using will help us pinpoint any compatibility issues or discrepancies that may be contributing to the problem.
Your assistance in testing with our version or providing insights on potential compatibility concerns would be invaluable in resolving this issue effectively.
Thank you for your cooperation and support.

Hello Assaduz, Thank you for getting back to me.
According to our support policy once the product is released, we provide one year of product service releases and three years developer support. Given that version 12.1 was released in 2012, it is no longer eligible for support. In addition to that, for Trial accounts we provide samples and guidance for the latest version of the product, which currently is 21.1.
More information regarding our products’ lifecycle is available here.
Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.
