The document exporter doesn't have any built in functionality to make it easy to do this. You might be able to do it by manually adding a header to each of the pages that contains the column headers.

There are some examples in the help of how to programmatically add extra elements to the page. 

You should submit this as a feature request to be considered for future versions of the control.
