Which version of the WebChart are you using? Do you have the latest hotfixes? I've been trying multiple charts in a page and it seems ok. Could you please send us the ASP.NET markup, so we can investigate the problem?

i have to concretize the issue description.
It's not the 1st UltraChart, where the ToopTip always shows. It can be somwhere on the page. The black rectangle is the mouse position.

The ThreeState Control, in which the ToolTip shows, has nothing to do with Infragistics.

Thanks for the follow-up. Indeed, I was able to reproduce that, thanks for the additional information. Unfortunately at this point I am not able to provide a quick-fix for that, since the problem can be complicated, but I have this logged and will do my best to address it asap.
