Hi there,
we are curently facing a strange behaviour while developing a Columnlinechart with Infragistics 2006.1:
We use the ColorModels.CustomLinear and add an array of Colors to the custom-palette. The colours are defined via the RGB-values. In the displayed chart the colors of the columns are not saturated as they should be it rather seems that they appear a lttle milky as if another layer is layed on top with a certain transparency.
We use a custom layer but we took that part out in order to be sure that this layer is not responsible for the milkiness. We also tried several other possibilities for colors e.g. KnownColors or via the ColorTranslator from Hex. We also tried to color the boxes in the FillSceneGraph but the same behaviour appears.
Any other ideas? Thanks in advance!
Rgds
Daniel
i'm not sure. can you upload a picture? there is an "options" tab visible when composing a message on this forum, you can upload an image from there.
Hi David,
yes, we tried to set the Alpha-Level to solid. We haven't tried the Gradient thing, but there are no effects on the chart at all.
Have you ever had that problem as well?
Rgds.
have you tried setting ColorModel.AlphaLevel = 255 ?
also, if there is a GradientEffect in the Effects collection you might want to remove that.
