Layout problem with Webdayview and Splitter control and Tabcontrol in IE

HI,

 

I am using webdayview control in tab control which is in a splitter pane on my page. But there is some Layout issues , webdayview control is not scrolling completly. This happens only in IE. When I scroll horizontally , header of webdayview scroll but date section never scroll. So it looks so bad.

 

Please help me out.
