If you have a registered key, then go to the My Keys and Downloads page of our website.  Select the "NetAdvantage" tab, then select the grid row that represents the key you've registered for the desired version.  Scroll down to the "Hot Fixes" section - the downloaders are available there.

If you have a key but haven't yet registered it, you should register your key here.

If you don't have a license key because you're still evaluating our product (first off:  thanks for checking us out!), then submit a support request to ask for a download location.  (By the way:  This is something we want to automate, so that trial customers can get at hot fix downloads in a more direct fashion, and have not yet completed.)
